General conditions of sale

Preamble

These terms and conditions govern the services sold by FOOD TOUR NICE. They apply fully and without restriction to all bookings made for any service or activity. The confirmation of a booking by the client and its payment imply their unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

I. Conditions Applicable to Services Other Than Tour Packages

The conditions set forth below apply exclusively to services booked separately and independently of any tour package (services outside of tour packages), such as meals with local hosts and guided tours.

Article 1 – Pricing
The tour prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes (VAT included).
Different types of rates may be offered depending on the chosen service.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Food Tour Nice reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The prices charged will be those in effect at the time of order placement.

Article 2 – Availability
Bookings are made in real time based on current availability.
Our server informs you in real time of the availability of services at the moment you make your booking.

Article 3 – Payment
Purchases of services online are made solely by credit card. The only cards accepted for online purchases are Bleues/Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, and American Express.
Only one payment method is allowed per booking.
The buyer’s bank account will be immediately debited the total amount of the service cost, in euros.
It is not possible to modify or cancel a confirmed service purchase.

Article 4 – Secure Payment and Personal Information
Secure Payment: Online payments use a system that complies with international interbank standards.
Personal Information: The personal data you have entered are stored on our booking server. These data may be used to contact you in case of any changes or cancellations of the service.
You agree to the taking of photos or videos during the services provided and their use for commercial and communication purposes. You also agree to the publication of your feedback provided in any satisfaction survey related to our services.

Article 5 – Confirmation
Your booking is firm and valid as soon as you click on the “Confirm” button at the end of the payment process. By checking the box “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,” you fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions of sale.
However, your booking will be considered final only when the full price of the service has been paid to us.

Article 6 – Cancellation or Refund
A voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resold.
In the event of a cancellation of a service, Food Tour Nice will offer an equivalent service or a refund.

Article 7 – Booking Confirmation
An automatic email will be sent as a payment confirmation to clients who have made their booking directly.

Conditions Applicable to Tour Packages

The general terms and conditions of sale for travel agents defined by Food Tour Nice and the main professional union SNAV are fully applicable (June 15, 1994, Articles 95 to 103 of Law 94-490).
